Announcement of the 20th Tender for the Butter Placed on Sale from Intervention Stocks, Intended for Use in the Manufacture of Pastry Products , Ice - Cream and other Foodstuffs Defined as"Final Products" in accordance with the Article 4 (b) in Section
In accordance with the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1474/2006 of 5 th October 2006 amending Commission Regulation (EC) No 2771/1999 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005 as regards the entry into storage of intervention butter put on sale the Agricultural Paying Agency (hereinafter "APA") is noticing the invitation to tender (hereinafter "tender) within the framework of the 20th individual tendering procedure pursuant to the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005 for the butter placed on sale from intervention stocks, intended for using in food processing having defined as"final products" in accordance with Article 1 (b) in Section 1 of Chapter II of the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005.
Offers to tender shall be submitted in writing either by registered post or delivery by hand to the Agricultural Paying Agency against proof of receipt or by any other written means of telecommunication no later than 11.00 of Brussels time untill 14 th November 2006. The offers delivered after that deadline shall not been accepted. The offer to tender has to be delivered in the double envelope to the following address:

The offer to tender may be delivered by fax only under the condition, that APA shall receive the origin of the offer to tender sent by fax not later than 5 working days after the deadline of the particular tender. The offer to tender sent by fax has to be submitted to the fax No: +421 582 43348 and APA has to receive it before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of offers to tender.
The crucial moment for determination of the time limit for offers submitted by fax shall be the time of receiving the offer in question by APA.
Offers to tender shall be submitted only on the form: Offer to tender for the Butter Placed on Sale from Intervention Stocks, Intended for Use in the Manufacture of Pastry Products , Ice - Cream and other Foodstuffs Defined as "Final Products" in accordance with Chapter II of the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005, published by Agricultural Paying Agency andwhich is available on the following website.
The offer to tender shall be valid only if the form in question is in compliance with the requirements of the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2005, particurarly in acordance with Articles 21 and 22, is exactly completed and is accompanied by necessary annexes ( Copy from Register of Business Names or from Small Business Register not older than 3 months, Statement on undertakings, Statement on Tendering Security lodging).
